Some 80 plus years ago, as Earth saw what some of those who dwelt with her were planning, she was faced with a choice: continuing to allow people to do as they chose or insist that residents respect others. She chose life. She has done this on prior occasions but this time she did not throw off the disrespecters. She decided to raise the frequencies so they could not stay. She asked for help. God and the Creator agreed. Love/Light is being sent to Earth from all over Creation to this day. Those who live with Earth also benefit from this energy as we choose to accept it. Earth has become Anastasis, the resurrected one.

        Our minds control our energy levels. Our thoughts have their own frequency levels. We are the gatekeepers of our life. Others may influence us only as we allow. Many living with Earth have allowed others to exercise undue influence with us through our everyday choices. This is natural as we have been carefully trained by some to do as they wish. However, this is not our natural path. We are created with the abilities to know and to choose. We are responsible for our own choices. We cannot say "He told me." or "I was following orders." We are in charge of self.

        How can we continually raise our frequencies to a level where we can easily do this?

        We remember we are Love. We are aspects of the Creator who is Love. We practice certain actions which maintain the frequency level required, such as random acts of kindness, genuine respect for the choices of others, respect and honor for our own wishes, gentleness, patience, being nonjudmental, forgiving self and others for acts, real or imagined which may cause discomfort. Being grateful, singing, and smiling also automatically raise energy levels. Instead of feeling sorry, we can imagine ways to improve life for all and eliminate or overcome challenges. One of the best ways to raise vibrations is through humor. Making self and others laugh raises the frequencies of all, including the planet. It makes people forget they hurt.

        How we live in a physical body is up to each of us. We incarnate for this purpose, to learn how to do this through our own experiences aided by those of others.

        Our choice.
