Healing Energy:
Everything is made up of energy. To heal our self, we raise the frequency
of our energy, our vibrational rate(s). To heal our environment, we raise the frequencies of our surroundings, in cooperation with those others who share our environment. Frequency is raised with light/love. Gratitude raises the vibration. Cleansing with water, sage. cedar, sweetgrass, etc., raises the energy levels.
Increasing our frequency raises our awareness, our understanding, which also impacts those around us.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty is developed at the personal and the village levels.
Village sovereignty is based on each person respecting the rights and wishes of every other person in the village. It is this respect which determines what is allowed to happen in the village. Allowing only respectful behaviors to occur maintains the best energy level for all who live in and visit the village.
A neighborhood or town may be thought of as a modern village.
