    Healing Ancestral Grief:
Ancestral traumas often manifest as unexplained behaviors across multiple
generations. A common reason for carrying them is they have
been repressed, not spoken of, nor even acknowledged but the grief is
genuine. Healing requires recognition that they exist, acceptance,
acknowledging their expressions in our lives, forgiving self and other family members for experiencing and carrying them, and letting go of the emotional attachments.
Three 2-hour sessions will be held at Old Dutch Church, 272 Wall St., Kingston, NY, on May 30. June 6 & 20, [Weds.] 6 to 8 pm. Facilitated by Etaoqua, a M’hicanu grandmother.
All are welcome. No charge. RSVP Etaoqua@juno.com.

Do You Know? - Words are energy.
Spoken, heard, or thought, words are vibrations.
The vibrations of words combine with others “like”
them as they go out into our world. Words in high
vibratory ranges merge with the light. Words in low
ranges are drawn to lower energy streamers. Our intent has its
own vibrations and modifies the energy of the words. If our
intent is to inform and alert, used with words of naturally
low frequency, such as “violence, depravity, etc.” the
higher vibrations prevail. If the intent, however, is
to instill fear, the vibrations are in the lowest range.
Absence of intent allows the common meaning
to prevail. Use words with care.
