It may have been noticed that we are on a fast moving path. The current U.S. elected leadership is moving faster than comfortable for many. Spring cleaning at warp speed.

        Why?

        Many are aware that we live in a solar system that is part of the Milky Way Galaxy that is part of a universe populated with uncounted planets, stars and galaxies. It is also known that these bodies travel in known, predictable orbits. Furthermore, humans do not control these bodies. The warming of all the planets in our solar system, e.g., is not the result of human activity or intention.

        We humans, however, are lagging behind the universal time table, currently about 12 years behind schedule. Planets evolve on their own plan and reach significant turning points in their own time. It is up to the inhabitants to keep up, to cooperate.

        Earth, Anastasis, is at such a turning point. She exited third dimension on her journey to fifth in December 2012. It is now 2025 and some have yet to notice. Part of the global transition in energy levels is to replace what is no longer useful. On all levels. The current world leadership is in the process of doing so. On a compressed time schedule.

        We cannot move to a higher level of being with certain practices and habits as they are not compatible. The new energies work much better with cooperation, respect, sharing, equal rights, service to others, speaking true, acting in harmony with declared intentions, etc. False statements, taking advantage of others, violating commonly accepted laws, practices and customs, putting profit over the common good, deliberately harming others, etc., impede raising our energies to the levels required now.

        We have taken over a hundred years to make some of these less desirable practices common place. We have only a few years to reverse our course. A planet does not turn on a dime. Neither do its people although people can do this more easily.

        Physical events happen on their own time table. Human thought and intention can influence physical actions over time. However, this influence depends on the number of humans choosing "this way" or "that way", i.e., the number of humans actually deciding "this way" instead of "that way". In the Bible there is the story of only 10 people required to avert a catastrophe. Abraham could not find 10.

        We have learned to work together for brief periods. Observed experiments have shown that when thousands meditate together, joined in spirit, the incidence of crime drops significantly in the surrounding area. This may be our best option now: choose to focus on peacefully cooperating with all good people to live together caring for each other, respecting each other and leaving no one behind.

        This can be done in small and large groups. It may be done without physically communicating with each other. Simply decide to stand with all good souls arm to arm, shoulder to shoulder, back to back. Reaffirm this daily. Watch it happen.

        We are beginning to be a collective consciousness bringing our spiritual choices into matter, manifesting our common desires.

    Immune System Challenges
        Thank the divine and our angels daily for looking after us. Ask them for help as needed and with maintaining our energy levels. Help is available but we must ask due to observance of our free will. The higher our energy level, the better we feel and the healthier we are.

    Breaks and Falls
        Important for bones to be in alignment for proper functioning. A broken bone usually needs to be repositioned and/or immobilized to heal correctly. An unbroken bone that is out of alignment needs to be adjusted. Mis-alignment may interfere with proper operation and even cause pain.
