These newsletters were begun for 2 purposes: to help people get to better know themselves and their capabilities and to prepare to shift our comprehension of reality from what we have been trained to believe to living as we have been designed to live.

        The Intuition Development Newsletter is to show how we know and that knowing and choosing are our primary activities as aspects of the divine.

        The Medicine Pauwau Newsletter is to show us that we heal ourselves. "Medicine" and "Pauwau" mean the same thing as used here. Pauwau translates as healing with light. "Wau" equals "light", specifically the Light/Love of the Creator and the Luminescents. Their energy is Light/Love.¹

        The Living in the Now Newsletter is an attempt to show how our daily lives are changing. We have been carefully managed by certain ones who would control how we live. They fear what we can do. They are, in fact, beings who live off fear. Love/Light banishes fear so we, in our natural state, threaten their existence. They, therefore, need to carefully manage us by controlling our thoughts and choices. Earth, however, has had enough of their ways and is getting rid of them while supporting humans and assisted by the Creator and the Luminescents. These controllers are being offered clear choices to stay or leave. The rising energy levels are incompatible with their energy choices.

        The one we call "God" is a Luminescent. Luminescents are light beings who may be responsible for a universe and/or other aspects of Creation.Humans are developing light beings with bodies.

        Why Now?

        Earth asked for help some 80 plus years ago in our time. She is receiving Light/Love which is being channeled to her from all over Creation. This is raising her frequencies from lower 3rd dimension to which she physically devolved as a result of actions by humans and others in the Earth realm. She cleared 3D in 2012, is now in 4D moving to her original 5th dimensional state. We, living with Earth, are beneficiaries of this Light/Love and are experiencing rising energies as we accept the Light as well. This is why our awareness is shifting and expanding as we become more consciously knowledgeable of our true nature and capabilities.

        To more easily accept this information, we are being shown how we have been controlled for over 6 millennia so that we may accept what is and let it go, replacing the control with our own choices of what is best for us, individually and collectively, for ourselves, our families and our neighbors.

        We are beginning to now experience a major event² in this transition. All we need to do is to stand together, shoulder to shoulder, arm to arm, back to back and allow it to unfold. Watch it happen. Let it happen as if watching a movie. Suspend judgment until it is over. Good and not so good things are being revealed. We will like some things. We will not like others. Do not become attached to any of it. This will be easy for some. More challenging for others.

        We are all part of the one consciousness.

        We survived Covid. We can survive this. Recognize what is liked and let it go. Recognize what is disliked and let it go.

        Observe as if you are a rock in a stream.
        The water goes around you. You remain.
        The water may completely cover you for a time.
        Then the water level goes down.
        You again feel the warmth of the Sun.

        Our choice.
