The Attitude is Gratitude

       Just because someone does something we don’t expect is no reason to get angry. An upset in plans is no cause for upset. If we made the plan we can change it. Is the goal worthwhile? Find another way to do it.
        Just because someone tells us we should do something we have already done or already do is no reason to react in anger. That’s their problem. Not helpful to us, but none of our business.
        Just because someone gets in our way is no cause for anger. We can go around them or find another way. A new challenge. Anger is a signal to pay attention, to look into something, to question.
        Some of us may be in ruts that we need to get out of to move on. Others may be giving us opportunities to do so. We might do well to look at every obstacle we face as an opportunity to benefit ourselves and others. If it is right in front of us, it’s probably wise to consider it as such.
        Being cut off in traffic is an opportunity to learn the power of gratitude. Saying thank you changes the attitude instantaneously once we accept that it can. It automatically lightens the mood. Saying thank you whenever we face opposition may be a good first step in dealing with it.
        Sometimes we meet opposition because we are going the wrong way like turning into a one-way street (the other way) without signage. Not an automatic catastrophe but what are we to learn from the incident. Nothing happens by chance except when designed that way.
        Our higher self (Soul self, god self, etc.) is always giving us opportunities to improve. This is a good thing. Do not be discouraged by such opposition. If we’re not getting opportunities to change, either it’s time to leave, or we’re in a rut and Soul self has given up for now. Not a good sign.
        We are not to judge self in these situations. Everything is a learning experience. We are here to experience as well as to help each other just by being here.
        If we have negative feelings, we can do things to raise our energy levels including forgiving self for having these feelings.
        There is an increase in anger and other negative feelings now. There is also an increase in good feelings now. Which path are you following? Your choice.
        At this very interesting point in our story, it is well to keep our frequencies raised. See Raising and Maintain Energy Levels and the Forgiveness exercises in intuitivebe.org for ideas. Doing the forgiveness exercise at the right time can be life changing as several ones have reported.
        This is a critical point in our collective life to be prepared. If we/you are prompted to do a certain action, it may be good to do so sooner rather than later.
        Listen to your Intuition.
        Stay in the Light.
